Infinity

Infinity Photo Tours is comprised of four photographers seeking to expand our clients photographic horizons, opportunities and ability. Cheryl and John bring impeccable photo credentials both technical and superior photographic skills to our tours. They are able to explain the most complex photographic terms and procedures in the easiest to understand terms. Rich and Doug bring world wide operational expertise to ensure a smooth and safe photo tour experience.

Three members of our team are retired airline captains who bring world wide travel and security knowledge to Infinity Photo touring. All Infinity principles have extensive photo or touring backgrounds which they bring to service our clients special photo needs and desires.

All Infinity Photo Tours have been scouted generally one year in advance of our clients departure to determine security and amenities available.

All tours will require a liability indemnification form to be signed prior to departure. Some tours will require additional medical and other insurances where appropriate. Where this is required it will most probably be included in the cost of the tour. It very important to provide this so that in a medical emergency there is no hassle about insurance or airlift to appropriate facilities. We believe this to be important and responsible for our clients well being.

All monies paid for infinity photo tours are held in a trip specific escrow account until the completion of the tour in compliance with the rules of California sellers of travel and European Package Travel Rules.

While we do not sell air transportation we do work with a certified accredited agent who is aware of the specific arrival and departure needs for each tour and will make any needed arrangements for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel participation fees and deposits placed will be returned as follows:

60 days from the origination date 75%, 30 days prior to departure 50%. Under 30 days fees may be transferred to another trip less any expenses or deposits that were applied with venders, lodging and transportation costs and not returnable from the provider.

You must request within 60 days of cancellation to obtain a 100% application minus applied costs from the cancelled trip to be applied to another trip. You may receive a 100% credit to another tour, IPT one time per calender year.

All monies will be repaid as a full refund within 14 days of any Infinity cancelled trip, IPT, (instructional photo tour) or workshop.

All fees and deposits will be maintained in a separate escrow account with Wells Fargo Bank and will only be utilized and applied to direct deposits and costs incurred in the individual depositers name until the trip has been completed.

Your registration position is only guaranteed when payment is competed unless other wise agreed to.

Ideminity Release, Prior to any tour, IPT or workshop departure a standard indeminity release will be provided and must be completed prior to the first day of the tour IPT or workshop.

Trip Insurance

Some trips will provide as part of the tour trip emergency medical and evacuation insurance. The cost of these policies are normally based on age. If there are any surcharges from the underwriter they will be passed on with explanation to the tour participant.

Any time this insurance is provided as part of a tour it will be noted in the tour description.

It is important that we are able to safely evacuate from remote locations to areas with the best facilities in a timely manner to ensure the health and safety of tour participants.

We will provide this commonly for the high Arctic areas, Equatorial locations, Patagonia, some Alaskan loacations and the Southern Africa regions.
